The room size was excellent, though we faced some noise issues. Dining experiences were upgraded with attentive service, especially from the restaurant staff, who made our meals enjoyable. The kids meanwhile loved the pool area and the lively atmosphere!

No complaints, had a really nice stay for another enjoyable and peaceful vacation. Everything was very good, so were delightful views over the inside lake. The restaurant here was very nice with great service and lovely food, we both ordered delicious dishes.

Ideal hotel in a stunning location, has amazing views of the beach. The room is a nice size and recently renovated and with a sitting area, a work desk and a couch bed. The staff are cooperative and provide a good service. Thank you for a very nice stay: )

The choice of the meals was very good. The location of the hotel is very quiet. The city of Hurghada can only be reached by taxi.

The free WIFI network is not good. One is forced to use paid WIFI. However, if you take a holiday to relax, you do not need WIFI.

Fairly clean and absolutely fantastic place, satisfactory breakfast with a good choice of options.

Had a lovely time enjoying the beach access and the great variety of evening entertainment! The heated pool was perfect for relaxing while soaking in the sun. Just a heads-up, the dessert options could use some improvement, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience. 😊

The staff is really top! Absolutely dedicated and always friendly. The complex is very large, but there is even a shuttle to the beach. The theme restaurants are really great! The rooms are super clean and extremely spacious.

Not directly disliked, but unfortunately the inside of the house reef is almost dead on the inside. If you snorkel outside, you will come to a beautiful and colorful reef with a lot of variety. Until then, it is relatively far for children and inexperienced swimmers.

Usually there are enough beach volleyball players. Flowers and additional drinks for regular guests.

The food was plentiful and they even catered to our late-night arrival with a tasty meal.

My kids wished for more friendly staff at the bars.

The food was always really good.. there was a lot of variety and the chef Gehad spoiled us with special service - thank you for that!!! The reef is great, you can even stand the first few meters, discover octopus and lion-fish.

Initial difficulties with the room - partly no hot water, but was solved.

Unfortunately there is high and low tide. And so there is not always water on the beach.

Clean, heated pools and a friendly animation team, especially with activities like yoga and darts. The bungalow provided great beach views, but the food variety was limited, often catering more to local tastes. Snorkeling excursions were a highlight, yet the aging outdoor furniture couldn't keep up with the otherwise beautiful surroundings.

The rooms ,its very poor and its couldnt a 5 star hotel its less than a 3stars hotel

It was clean, well organised, nice beach, and good for families.

The breakfast buffet wasn't up to scratch.
